Art Fight 2025

I participated in my third Art Fight, this year I was in Team Fossils! Art Fight already ended a while ago but here’s a small summary.

I managed to maintain 50% battle ratio, although the count is missing a few awesome mass attacks I was included in! I didn’t expect to get so many attacks from other people right away :D

My goal for this year was to experiment with different styles and brushes. I kinda interpreted "fossils" meaning something "vintage" or "retro" in my art but I didn't religiously try to replicate old art styles because that would have been exhausting. I also challenged myself to draw more humanoid characters. During the end I tried some free custom Krita brushes, some I used to save time. I even made my own Krita brush of the squiggly paw print in old LPS box art. (I might make a downloadable version of it for others to use).

Overall, I'm happy with the quality of art and the variety of characters I drew during Art Fight! Hopefully I'll have the time to participate in the next year’s Art Fight :)
